Thanks to a garden shovel in the way, my garage door came off track, wedged at an angle, and could neither be shut completely nor opened.
The next morning, after sleeping like crap from pure paranoia, a quick Google search directed me to The Door Guy. I gave Chris a call. After discussing complete replacement, I texted him over a few photos of my mini disaster. He said repair looked promising and, while he was on duty with the fire department that day, he would come by after work and have a look.
Like clockwork, around 24 hours later, he showed up, evaluated, repaired my issue, and even made some slight improvements to infrastructure, all in about the same amount of time I spent stomping my feet and cursing two nights previous.
Pricing? I haven't dealt with enough service providers to know what's reasonable and customary, but it seemed like an exceptional value to me.
I know who I'll be calling the next time I have an issue, at any rate.

Attention to detail is a 10! The work they did by customizing our garage doors was a labor of pride and love! They really do care about the work they're doing, and took the time to walk us through how everything works since our garage doors were so outdated and now we can open our new doors with our cell phone, smart watch or garage door opener. They're BEAUTIFUL and our new doors gave our house a much needed upgrade! We love them! Thank you Garage Door Guys!!

Called today about My Mom and Dads garage door, would not open at all. He said he could come out today and would be there between 12:00pm - 3:00pm. He arrived at 12:00pm on the dot, replaced 2 springs and had the door up and running in no time. Quoted me an estimate over the phone and that's exactly what he charged them. WOW-- I was impressed. Best service ever in quite a long time! 5 Stars, thank you Mr. Door guy! :)
